Over the years, Nigeria has been portrayed for all sorts of vices such as cybercrime, fraud, terrorism, kidnapping, and the likes. This has made Nigeria very popular in different parts of the world for these vices to the extent that sometimes, in movies, Nigeria is often referred to as the hub of cybercrime and fraud in the world. This means the rest of the world looks at Nigeria as an unsafe zone for businesses and individuals, and sometimes, due to fear of being scammed and defrauded, business associates often avoid Nigerians and this hampers its citizens both economically and mentally.

As we have seen recently, Artistes like Beyonce, Drake, Chris Brown, Major Lazer, J Balvin, and many more from around the world, have been featuring artistes from Africa mostly Nigerians and are desperately trying to tap into the Nigerian Sound, Afrobeats. This shows that there's an improvement in international relations and that Nigeria has more to show than its vices.
Also, through these artistes, various international brands have made them ambassadors and partners. This shows growth and also proves that despite the reputation preceding Nigeria, some of its citizens are still business worthy associates. Also, because of the newly found relationship between artistes and different brands across the world, several brands are moving businesses to Nigeria and employing more and more Nigerians in its scene both locally and internationally. These artistes have now brought a common ground for both business associates and Nigerian citizens.
These artistes have thrown more light into the nation's abysmal darkness and hope in the Nations' international affairs. The world is gradually seeing Nigeria as a powerhouse for beautiful music and talents. Furthermore, the music and entertainment scene has also helped grow Nigeria itself economically as it contributes greatly to the Nations's GDP yearly.
In addition to its growth and development, The likes of Rema and Fireboy DML, through their achievements so far, are going to be flying the nations flag high as they keep representing the nation on world stages.
